Dates, Times and Location

All market days are on Thursdays during the summer. The market will last 14 weeks. It starts on June 26th 2025 and will end on September 25th 2025. Setup will be from 3-4pm, the market will be open from 4-8pm and take down will be from 8-9pm. The park closes at 10pm. Our location will be the outdoor ice rink at Clark Park at 1800 Wall Street.

What to Expect

As seasoned vendors, we want to provide a great experience for everyone choosing to spend their time with us. Need a bathroom break or a little help with set-up? Let us know! The rink is a dirt field with plenty of access for setup and pack out. We have options for assigned spots and we will be on site to help with anything you might need. New to markets? This is a great place to get your feet wet. Anyone who commits to the market by the Tuesday before will be included in our weekly marketing campaigns. We have options for cash or card payments at the event or pay online to secure your spot. Read through the contract then email us with any additional questions.

The Rules

Everyone must sign our detailed contract before they will be allowed into the market. A couple of key points to make the event a success: 

• We will limit vendors in each category to help ensure vendor success

• No shows without 12-hours of notice will be removed from the market

• No alcohol or controlled substance vendors allowed

• Safety is a priority. Canopies/tents require 20lbs of weight on each leg

• This is a rain or shine event. No refunds are available.
