We are so glad that you are interested in vending at the Butte Community Market. Here is everything you need to know to join our vendor community.
Dates, Times and Location
On select Saturdays from October to April, the market will be held at the Elks Lodge at 206 W. Galena. Setup is from 8am-9:45am, Market hours are 10am-1pm, pack out from 1pm-2pm.
What to Expect
The Elks Lodge venue is newly renovated and very spacious. With options for assigned spots (included when you signup and pay for the entire season) and we will be on site to help with anything you might need.
New to markets? This is a great place to get your feet wet.
Anyone who commits to the market by the Wednesday before will be included in our weekly marketing campaigns. We have options for cash payment at the event or pay online with credit card to secure your spot. Review the contract then email us with any additional questions.
The Rules
Everyone must sign our detailed contract before they will be allowed into the market. A couple of key points to make the event a success:

We will limit vendors in each category to help aid in vendor success

No shows without 12-hours notice will be removed from the market

No alcohol or controlled substance vendors allowed
